Senior / Junior Consultant SAP HCM
- JH Softech is looking for SAP HCM consultant for upcoming Implementation projects on SAP S/4 HANA / to support existing Customers on ECC 6.0.
Senior consultants must have experience of atleast 2 Full life cycle implementations and should have worked on handling multiple support projects.
Should have Good knowledge of following modules in HCM:
Organisationmanagement
Time management
Personnel Administration and
Payroll
Knowledge of Indian Payroll is mandatory
Must have experience in writing Payroll (PCRs & Schema Experience)
Keyskills
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in integration of HR & FI
Should have worked in Client Front- ending role.
Need to have skills on Requirement Gathering and Creating Functional Design Documents.
Ability to function independently and can manage own workload highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and who can demonstrate teamwork skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately
Education-

Senior / Junior Consultant - SAP ABAP / HR ABAP
Senior consultant must have at least 3 years of experience in Implementation/ Support projects and posses the following skills:
1. Development of custom reports / Output formats
2. Must have work exposure in developing reports across multiple modules
3. Well versed in developing smartforms/ Reports- ALV, Interactive & Drill down reports
4. Good knowledge of Data dictionary
5. Preference will be give to candidates who have exposure to technologies like Webdynpro / PI / HR ABAP and are willing to join immediately
Junior consultant should posses good technical knowledge of developing reports / outputs using SAP ABAP with 0-3 years of experience.
For HR ABAP, prior experience is mandatory and preference will be given to candidates having exposure of working for Indian clients(India- Payroll)

Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should possess good technical and communication skills.
Willing to work in Hyderabad
May be ready to travel to other location on temporary basis based on Project requirements.
Good team player
Preference will be given to candidates having SAP HANA orientation and exposure of working on developments related to Analytics or integrating SAP with other technologies like Barcode, Weighbridge or other PI interfaces.
