Job Description	We at SEAL are looking for Finance/Accounts Executives at Chennai Location.  Experience: 3+ yrs Mode of Hire: Permanent Work Timings: 02.00 PM - 11.00 PM Location: Chennai Please find below Job descriptions for respective open positions. Position 1: Executive - Time and Billing Coordinator Receive time sheets from all consultants and hourly staff Review time submissions for accuracy and adherence to internal rules Input time sheets into timekeeping system Analyze time sheet exception reports and resolve issues Prepare bi-weekly audit report for payroll processing Review/monitor unbilled T&M hours and expenses Invoice customers for time & expenses or fixed price fees Address inquiries regarding billing and time keeping Assist with customer collection efforts Other tasks as needed Position 2:   Executive - Contracts and Records Coordinator Review customer contractual documents (master agreements, SOWs, purchase orders) and compare to internal records Maintain internal resource assignment database Maintain internal contracts/documents database Ensure documents are executed; follow up as needed Assist with preparing template SOW and other forms for consulting assignments Review billing and timekeeping errors (rates, dates, etc) Other tasks as needed Position 3: Executive - Accountant Prepare and enter general ledger entries Review accounts and prepare account reconciliations or analyses as needed (monthly) Assist with financial statements, budgets, special projects Reconcile bank accounts Assist with analytical reviews (utilization, profitability, etc) Other tasks as needed Mandatory Skills for above positions :  Good communication skills Must have worked closely with international clients/customers.
